Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read this shipping policy carefully, as it outlines important details about how we fulfill and deliver your purchases.

We ship worldwide! As part of our ongoing sustainability efforts, we ship all of our orders from the manufacturing hub where our Nitika Products are made. Eliminating extra fulfillment centers might mean your order will take a little longer to arrive, but every air mile we avoid saves about 24kg of CO2 from entering the atmosphere. 

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

All orders placed on our website are subject to a 1-3 business-day processing window before shipment. Once shipped, here are the approximate delivery times based on your location: 

Domestic (With in United States): 7-14 Business Days

International: 12-25 Business Days.

International Duties & Customs

For international orders, duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations.

• Customers are responsible for any additional fees imposed by their country.
• We encourage checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering

Shipping Methods:

Please note: all orders are subject to a 3-5 business day processing period prior to shipment.

No Rush Shipping - Once processed, your order will be delivered within 12-30

business days.

Standard Shipping - Once processed, your order will be delivered within 10-20

business days.


Shipping Disclaimers:

1. Changes to your order: Once your order is shipped, we cannot modify it. This means we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method, or item(s) within the order.

2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing checkout. We do not replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Lost, stolen, or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or missing, we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.

4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and filing a claim.

5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email, which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.

6. Return shipping cost: In the event you need to make a return, we do not cover return shipping costs. We will, however, issue a return label that will be deducted from your refund.

7. Our fulfillment centers: Orders may ship from our domestic fulfillment center or from our international shipping facility, depending on current stock availability.

8. Shipping fees: We do not up-charge on shipping costs; therefore, shipping fees are non-refundable.
